Need a quick and easy way to pay your bill? Chubb is pleased to offer a variety of convenient payment options for our direct bill business insurance policyholders in the United States. Review the following options to determine what’s best for you.

Online Debit Card Payment

To make an online debit card payment, click here, and be prepared to provide your policy number or direct bill account number and the zip code of your billing address.  Chubb accepts debit cards displaying the following logos on the back of the card: Accel, Pulse, Star, and NYCE.   

Online Electronic Check Payment

To initiate an electronic transfer from your bank account using an electronic check, click here, and be prepared to provide your bank account and routing numbers, located on the lower left area of your check.

Pay by Phone

Chubb also accepts both debit card and electronic check payments over the phone by dialing our toll-free automated telephone service at 800.372.4822.  You may also use this service to check your account balance and verify that recent payments have been received.
