Our Operations Services Division provides strategic support to Chubb branches worldwide in a number of specialized disciplines, including policy issuance, premium collection, claim settlement and administrative and technology issues.  In Operations Services, we artfully blend the efforts of hundreds of individuals with the appropriate technology in order to respond quickly and efficiently to a variety of needs.  Through on-the-job training that begins your first week at Chubb, you will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the business and an overview of the Chubb organization as a whole.  As you develop and advance within this field, opportunities exist in a supervisory role where Chubb helps you focus on the development of your leadership skills.
