Jill P. Hallihan,
Jill P. Hallihan is an experienced Attorney for Chubb's New Haven House Counsel office of Musco & Iassogna. She concentrates her practice in Employment law and General Liability, including Product Liability, Auto Liability and Premises Liability. She has experience handling cases in Federal and State Court and before governmental administrative agencies. Ms. Hallihan's litigation practice is dedicated to defending employers against claims for discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, family medical leave laws, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, defamation and related tort claims.
