Mr. Shea is an Attorney in the Subrogation Practice Group of the New Haven House Counsel firm of Musco & Iassogna Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Shea was regional subrogation counsel for a major property casualty insurer. Mr. Shea has extensive experience in the litigation of large loss subrogation matters in State and Federal Courts. He has handled a wide range of cases including products liability, construction defects, general negligence and workers compensation.
