Arianne B. Suarez,
Ms. Suarez is an experienced litigation attorney who focuses her practice on defending employment-related cases in the federal and state courts of Florida. Ms. Suarez also regularly represents employers before the various federal, state and county administrative agencies that are responsible for administering and enforcing labor and employment laws. She has 24 years of employment litigation and counseling experience. Immediately prior to joining Chubb's Staff Counsel, Ms. Suarez served as in-house lead counsel in employment cases for the fourth largest school district in the nation (Miami-Dade County). She worked at other firms focusing on employment litigation. Ms. Suarez also interned for the Miami District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board, Region 12. Arianne is fluent in Spanish.
