Britney Annette Quow,
Britney Annette Quow is an Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Quow worked for a full service, general defense law firm that provided legal services to the insurance industry, corporate risk management and commercial clients throughout the state of Florida. Ms. Quow’s litigation experience focuses on all aspects of insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on premises liability and automobile negligence. Ms. Quow has also represented management interests in labor and employment related litigation involving benefits, complaints relating to employment discrimination and compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. Ms. Quow currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including general liability, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury.
