Cynthia Gonzalez is an Attorney in the Employment Practices Liability Group of the Florida Staff Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero. Ms. Gonzalez has over 25 years of litigation and counseling experience. Her current litigation practice is focused on the defense of employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and FMLA. She is also experienced in property and casualty defense, including personal injury, premises liability, and automobile.
