Jeff Bogert,
Jeff Bogert is an Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Bogert was a founding partner in the firm of Bogert & Rembold, P.L., where he handled construction defect, personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage insurance defense litigation, as well as commercial litigation; prior to that Mr. Bogert was a partner in the Miami, Florida office of the firm of Baker & McKenzie, where he handled commercial litigation and arbitration, construction arbitration, and personal injury defense litigation matters. Mr. Bogert is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in construction law and currently defends all types of property and casualty liability cases, including construction defect, premises liability, and products liability cases.
