Shirley A. Irwin,
Shirley A. Irwin is an experienced attorney for Chubb's Chicago House Counsel office of Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri. She has been with the firm since 2002. Ms. Irwin handles a diverse practice that includes defense of premises and auto liability, nursing home litigation, products liability, general liability and appellate proceedings. Prior to joining Schueler, Dallavo & Casieri, Ms. Irwin was an associate with Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey (1999-2002) handling medical malpractice defense and general liability litigation. She participated in all areas of litigation, including jury trials in medical malpractice and premises liability cases. Ms. Irwin was an associate with Gideon & Wiseman (1995-1999) handling defense litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, products liability, asbestos claims and workers compensation. Her experience includes intensive work in the area of appellate litigation consisting of writing appellate briefs and argument before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
