David L. Burnett is an experienced attorney for Chubb's New Jersey House Counsel firm of Kirmser, Cunningham & Skinner and has been with the firm since 2003. David's practice includes a wide variety of insurance defense matters, including Insurance subrogation, Directors & Officers litigation, Errors & Omissions litigation, personal injury, automobile negligence, commercial litigation and products liability.
