Michael S. Schwartz is a Senior Attorney for Chubb's New Jersey House Counsel firm of Kirmser, Cunningham & Skinner. Michael has been an associate of the firm since 2002. Michael has a strong background in product liability, premises liability and general personal injury litigation. He also has represented various categories of professionals including benefit plan administrators, property managers, third-party administrators and title agents in professional liability litigation. Michael also has experience in representing title insurance companies and collection companies in commercial litigation. Michael has tried more than a dozen cases to verdict. Michael has experienced great success in obtaining both voluntary and judicially ordered dismissals of plaintiffs' complaints for his clients.
