Nicole L. Hollingsworth has joined the General Liability Group of the House Counsel firm of Kirmser, Cunningham & Skinner in the Whitehouse Station Office. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Hollingsworth practiced premises liability, product liability, auto, at Gerber, Ciano, Kelly, Brady LLP as well as Liberty Mutual House Counsel and GEICO House Counsel. She has over 15 years of experience litigating cases in both New Jersey and New York with a strong track record of successfully defending complex, high exposure cases. Ms. Hollingsworth has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, trial and alternative dispute resolution and has been able to resolve many disputes through informal settlement negotiations, mediation and mandatory settlement conferences.
