William P. Cunningham is a Senior Attorney for Chubb's New Jersey House Counsel office of Kirmser, Cunningham & Skinner. He has been with New Jersey House Counsel since 1997, concentrating in trial-level tort litigation, with extensive experience in Federal Court. He has litigated over 450 cases for Chubb, including over 70 dispositive motions and 19 trials. He is Certified Civil Trial Attorney eligible. His current practice concentrates on complex litigation matters involving products liability, wrongful death or other complex damages. He also defends property managers in errors & omission cases. Prior to Daly, Lamastra, Cunningham, Kirmser & Skinner, Bill was an associate at Budd Larner Gross Rosenbaum Greenberg & Sade (1994-1997). His practice concentration there was medical and legal malpractice, lead intoxication, products liability, employment and commercial projects.
