Mariel T. Crippen,
Mariel Crippen is a member of the Casualty Practice Group of Chubb’s New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Crippen was a successful trial attorney at a prominent personal injury firm. She has also worked for private defense firms practicing in premises liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle accident, product liability and general negligence. Ms. Crippen currently defends a variety of casualty liability cases including labor law, premises liability, and general negligence litigation.
