Richard C. Prezioso,
Richard C. Prezioso is a Senior Attorney in the Casualty Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mr. Prezioso was a New York County Assistant District Attorney from 1988-1993. Mr. Prezioso is experienced in defending all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, general negligence, automobile liability, construction defect and construction accidents.
