Kadion D. Henry is a member of the Casualty Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso, Yapchanyk & Yang. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. Henry was a Trial Attorney for MTA/New York City Transit Authority where he defended the agency and its employees in matters involving premises, construction, motor vehicle, and common carrier liability. Prior to entering the public sector, Mr. Henry spent eight years in private practice and was most recently a senior business and commercial litigation associate at Harris Beach where he defended clients in a wide variety of matters including business disputes, municipal liability, government investigations, common carrier liability and constitutional violation cases. Before and during law school, Mr. Henry worked as a risk review underwriter for GEICO. Mr. Henry currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises, motor vehicle, construction, and property damage cases.
