Amy M. Kirkham,
Amy M. Kirkham is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the Pennsylvania House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Ms. Kirkham was a partner in a litigation defense firm where she concentrated her practice in complex insurance coverage and extra contractual litigation. She handled a number of litigation related matters in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and Ohio where she has successfully represented clients at both trial and appellate levels in the areas of complex insurance coverage, class action defense, motor vehicle and premises liability, as well as commercial litigation. Ms. Kirkham has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, Rising Star from 2008 to 2012 in the areas of insurance coverage and civil litigation.
Ms. Kirkham currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including motor vehicle and premises liability, products liability and commercial liability.
