David A. Young,
Mr. Young is an experienced litigation attorney in the Employment and Casualty Practice Groups of the Pennsylvania House Counsel firm of Bunker & Ray. David is located in the Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, he worked for a private insurance defense litigation firm representing individuals, entities and their insurers in general casualty and employment related litigation. He has successfully tried many cases to verdict. Mr. Young's current practice includes representation of management in employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, medical leave and harassment claims. He also defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, construction and automobile accidents.
