Kaitlyn T. O’Hara,

Kaitlyn T. O’Hara has joined the Casualty Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of Meaders & Alfaro in the Dallas Office.  Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Kaitlyn represented clients in a range of personal and commercial automobile cases, often involving severe injuries.  Her dedication to both personal and commercial auto litigation, encompassing car and trucking cases, was evident during her tenure as a Trial Attorney at Mercury Insurance, following her time as an Associate Attorney at a medical malpractice defense firm in Oklahoma City.

Kaitlyn has over 11 years of experience litigating auto and trucking cases in both Texas and Oklahoma across personal and commercial domains.  She has successfully defended 15 cases to verdict, including a notable defense verdict involving a hit and run auto accident.  In addition to favorable trial results throughout her career, she has utilized informal settlement negotiations, mediation, and mandatory settlement conferences to achieve favorable resolutions for hundreds of individuals and companies entangled in automobile litigation.

Kaitlyn currently defends lawsuits brought against Chubb’s insureds for premise liability, auto and trucking liability, breach of contract, and general liability claims.
