Kurt W. Meaders is the Managing Attorney of the Dallas House Counsel firm of Meaders & Alfaro, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Meaders is an accomplished trial attorney called upon to defend clients in diverse litigation throughout the country. Mr. Meaders trial practice includes defense of all types of casualty liability cases and some specialty cases including premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation, professional negligence, contractual business disputes and representation of businesses, officers, directors, designers, engineers, developers, contractors entrepreneurs and individual insureds in large scale liability cases. Mr. Meaders handles litigation in many different venues throughout the state of Texas and in multiple state and federal jurisdictions. He is admitted to Practice in all federal courts in Texas.
