Michelle Mishoe Miller,
Michelle Mishoe Miller is an Attorney in the Financial Lines Practice Group of the Texas House Counsel firm of Meaders & Alfaro. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Ms. Miller practiced at Jackson Walker, LLP, a Tier 1 nationally ranked law firm, defending employment-related claims. Ms. Mishoe Miller is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment law. She currently defends claims brought against Chubb’s insureds for all matters involving labor and employment law, including, but not limited to, employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, labor matters, covenants not to compete, violations of employment agreements, trade secrets claims, and directors and officers liability.
