Yanice Colon-Pol,
Yanice Colon-Pol is an employment attorney in the Houston House Counsel office of Meaders & Alfaro. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Ms. Colon-Pol represented large international companies in employment law matters in Puerto Rico in Puerto Rico. Ms. Colon-Pol also handled labor and employment litigation matters in Texas for the past two years. Ms. Colon-Pol currently defends clients in a wide range of employment matters, including claims arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the American with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, National Labor Relations Act, as well as other federal and state laws.
