Campaign Overview
Eligibility
(1) Existing customers who renew their Chubb Life Shield policy due within January 1st 2024 to June 28th 2024 or
(2) New customers who purchase Chubb Lifetime Elite or Chubb Life Shield with each premium of MMK 600,000 from January 1st 2024 to June 28th 2024
will have 1 chance to win Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max
Example:
≤MMK 600,000: 1 chance
≥MMK 1,200,000: 2 chances
≥MMK 1,800,000: 3 chances
≥MMK 2,400,000: 4 chances and so on
Note: Employees and Agents of Chubb at the time of lucky draw are ineligible to participate in this campaign.

Winner announcement:
In July 2nd week on Chubb Life Myanmar Facebook Page and winners will also be informed by phone call.
Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Participants must renew or purchase Chubb Life Shield or Chubb Lifetime Elite within the campaign period of January 1, 2024 to June 28, 2024. Policies must be due and issued within the campaign period to be eligible.
2. One Lucky Draw E-Ticket will be issued for every customer with an ≤MMK 600,000 premium per policy.
3. Lucky draw winners will be and announced on 12th July 2024 on Chubb Life Myanmar Facebook page.
4. Claimed policies for Death/TPD will no longer be eligible for the lucky draw program.
5. Excess premium payments made as part of your Chubb Lifetime Elite policy will not be considered towards the campaign.
6. The participant must be aware that winner announcements will be made on the Chubb Life Myanmar Facebook Page in July 2024. Failure to collect the prizes within the designated period may result in Chubb disqualifying the winner’s eligibility to receive them.
7. Winners of the Lucky Draw must personally attend Chubb's office to collect the prize. Alternatively, the winner can appoint an authorized person to collect the prize on his/her behalf with a signed authorization letter.
8. Chubb shall have the right to request each winner/authorized person to present his/her identity proof for verification purposes when such winner/authorized person comes to collect the prize.
9. Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason, the designated prize cannot be awarded to the Winner, Chubb retains the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal value as a replacement.
10. Chubb is not the supplier of the prizes offered. Chubb accepts no liability for any matters relating to the prizes. Chubb reserves the right at all times to amend, add, modify these Terms and Conditions or discontinue the Campaign without giving any prior notice. Chubb decision in connection to the Terms and Conditions or any rules and procedures related the Campaign shall be final.
11. Eligibility Restrictions: Employees and Agents of Chubb at the time of lucky draw are not eligible to be winners of this campaign.
12. Any decisions regarding the winner selection made by Chubb are final and non-appealable.
