Terms and Conditions for "Close the Care Gap" campaign

By participating in the “Close the Care Gap” Campaign, participants will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions.

The Campaign period shall be from 4th February 2024 to 16th February 2024.

Steps to participate

1. Share this post and write an encouraging message to cancer patients.

2. Make your post public and use #ChubbLifeInsuranceMyanmar #ClosetheCareGap #WorldCancerDay

3. Take a screenshot of your post and comment it on this original post.

**The prizes are exactly (100) jackets produced by Chubb Life Myanmar to commemorate World Cancer Day. **

Winner selection process and Notification

1. One hundred (100) winners will be randomly chosen from amongst the participants by Chubb Life Myanmar (“Chubb”) at the end of the Campaign Period (each a “Winner” and collectively “Winners”) and will each receive a special jacket. Winners will be announced on 20th February 2024 and will be informed to come and claim the prizes.

2. By submitting a Post, you grant Chubb to utilize the content and pictures contained in your Post for marketing, promotion, information and education purposes, at no cost. Chubb reserves the right to publicize and promote the Posts (and any content contained therein) for their own purposes. The winning Post submissions may be branded with the Chubb logo at Chubb's discretion.

3. The One Hundred (100) winners will be announced via the Chubb Life Myanmar Facebook Page.

4. Failure to respond to the Winner Announcement Notification within fourteen (14) days from the announcement date will result in forfeiting the prize. Chubb shall not be liable for any event (not being due to a willful act or omission by Chubb) which results in failure to receive a Winner Announcement from Chubb, or which results in the Winner being unable to respond to Chubb within the given timeframe (including, but not limited to, technical difficulties, the Winner’s Facebook account being temporarily suspended, or Internet Services not being available at the winner’s location).

5. Any decision regarding the winner selection made by Chubb are final and non-appealable.

6. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason, the designated prize cannot be awarded to the Winner, Chubb retains the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal value as a replacement.
