Hilda Toh

Hilda oversees strategy for all Chubb’s property and casualty product lines in the region. She also sets product guidelines and has technical oversight for product development, develops underwriting-related business intelligence and ensures that Chubb's underwriting guidelines are followed. Based in London, she was previously UKISA Financial Lines Manager. Hilda has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience. She joined Chubb Canada in 1998 and moved to London in 2004. Hilda has held a variety of management roles including Chubb Canada Financial Institutions Fidelity Manager, European Zone Underwriting Specialist and UKI Financial Lines Underwriting Operations Manager.
