Biography
Chrissie’s 30 years’ insurance experience spans claims, assistance and product delivery. Past roles include heading the Assistance Division for an independent service provider, overseeing 24hr global medical assistance, claims and call centre services, as well as global claims relationship management positions. She has a proven track record of delivering bespoke claims servicing solutions for global clients with complex requirements. She re-joined Chubb in 2022 after managing her own business, successfully delivering insurance products throughout Europe direct to consumers. Chrissie brings with her a wealth of experience and understanding across multiple lines of business in multiple territories.
