Policyholders can visit any transaction office of the banks listed below at your convenience to make premium payment to Chubb Life without any service charges.

• Sacombank, BIDV, Vietinbank, Dong A bank

If Policyholders make cash payment at Sacombank, BIDV, Vietinbank, please fill the Premium Payment Order with the following information:

• Beneficiary: CÔNG TY TNHH BẢO HIỂM NHÂN THỌ CHUBB VIỆT NAM

Account Number: 9999+policy number/application number includes 15 digits

• Beneficiary Bank: Citibank
• Payment description:

- Initial premium payment (or input LD);

- Renewal premium payment or Refund for policy loan (or input DK);

- Premium for alteration or reinstatement (or input DC).

• Payment amount

If Policyholders make cash payment at Dong A bank please fill the Premium Payment Order with the following information:

• Beneficiary: CÔNG TY TNHH BẢO HIỂM NHÂN THỌ CHUBB VIỆT NAM
• Account Number at Dong A bank: 014613800001
• Policy number (or Application Number) and Policyowner Name
• Payment description :

- Initial premium payment (or input LD);

- Renewal premium payment or Refund for policy loan (or input DK);

- Premium for alteration or reinstatement (or input DC).

• Payment amount

Based on provided information, Bank Teller will collect your payment and provide you the 2^nd duplicated copy of the related Premium Payment Order with “Collected” stamp thereon.

Policyowners can visit any post office of VN Post to make premium payment without any service charges. Please contact financial service function at any post office of VN Post for premium payment. To make premium payment to Chubb Life, please input the following information:

• Beneficiary: CÔNG TY TNHH BẢO HIỂM NHÂN THỌ CHUBB VIỆT NAM
• Policy Number (or Application Number) and Policyowner Name
• Payment description:

- Initial premium payment (or input LD);

- Renewal premium payment or Refund for policy loan (or input DK);

- Premium for alteration or reinstatement (or input DC).

• Payment amount

Post office staff will collect money and provide Transaction Confirmation for your checking and filing.

In rare case, post office staff might not find your policy information in their system, please request them to contact Chubb Life at phone number 08-3827 8123 for further instruction.

Policyowners could contact your Account Representative to make premium payment in cash. Upon receiving of the money, Account Representative will return a 2^nd copy of Premium Collection Receipt (Customer copy) to policyowners for checking and filing.

Please request your Account Representative to provide a valid Premium Collection Receipt for each payment and keep this document as proof of payment. Any complaint relating to premium payment without a valid Premium Collection Receipt with sufficient and accurate information will not be considered as a legal complaint for Chubb Life to handle. 

Policyowners could contact your Premium Collector to make premium payment in cash. After making payment, policyowners will receive a receipt printed from POS machine of Premium Collector.

 

Policyowners can make premium payment by cash during or outside office hours, weekends, even 24/7 for some convenience stores, at any payment locations in Payoo’s linked payment locations system is below, without any service charges:

• B’s Mart
• Family Mart
• Ministop
• Mediamart’s Electronic Supermarket.
• Vinpro’s Electronic Supermarket
• HC’s Electronic Supermarket
• Hoang Ha Mobile
• Ecomart’s Electronic Supermarket
• Pico’s Electronic Supermarket

When policyowners come to these payment locations to make the premium payment, policyowners need provide the following information:

• Types of services to be paid: Insurance
• Supplier needs payment: Chubb Life
• Policy number or Application Number of policyowners
• Type of payment premium:

- Initial premium payment

- Renewal premium payment (including Renewal premium payment or Refund for policy loan)

- Premium for alteration or reinstatement

• Payment amount

When policyowners come to chain stores of Mobile World to make payment, policyowners need provide the following information:

• Types of services to be paid: Insurance
• Supplier needs payment: Chubb Life
  • Policy number
• One Type of payment premium only: Renewal premium payment (including Renewal premium payment or Refund for policy loan)
• Payment amount

The store staff will collect premium and print the Payment Receipt for you to check the information and keep it for comparison when necessary.
