Chubb Commercial Property policyholders can undertake emergency repairs due to this event without prior referral if the repair costs fall under $5,000. Reimbursement by Chubb will be subject to confirmation of cover by us and policy terms and conditions.
We request that a claim is lodged as soon as possible and then invoices, photographs and proof of damage are forwarded to us as soon as possible thereafter.
Chubb will pay Masterpiece policyholders up to $5,000 and Signature policyholders up to $10,000 for costs incurred by the policyholder in taking temporary measures which are reasonable to avoid or mitigate a potential claim caused by storm or flood. Reimbursement by Chubb will be subject to confirmation of cover by us and policy terms and conditions.
