After a cold, wet winter, a leak under Paul’s kitchen floor was worse than he expected. Within 24 hours of calling Chubb, an adjuster arrived to help and contacted a builder on Paul’s behalf. The adjuster returned the next day with the builder, and supervised the renovation for the next two months.
Not only did Chubb offer to move Paul to a nearby hotel, they didn't blink an eye when Paul needed to replace some of the details, including a new sink, granite, and flooring.
