Dennis C. Quinn, General Counsel to Chubb Tempest Re Group
Dennis Quinn serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Global Claims for Chubb Tempest Re Group, formerly ACE Tempest Re Group. In this role, he is responsible for the legal operations of Chubb’s worldwide reinsurance division. His position includes advising management concerning transactions, regulatory developments, claims, compliance, contractual issues and legal strategy. He reports to James Wixtead, Senior Vice President, Chubb Group, and President, Chubb Tempest Re Group.
Prior to joining ACE in 2014, Mr. Quinn was a Partner at Barger & Wolen LLP in New York since 2006. He previously held positions at Magna Carta Companies as General Counsel, Converium Reinsurance as Assistant General Counsel, and a Senior Associate with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP.
Mr. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and earned a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
