Chubb Bermuda transacts all business through Bermuda and non-US brokers including claims notifications and related correspondence. You should submit your claim notices in writing, including the (re)insured's name, policy number, policy period and details of the claim or circumstances. The express terms of the specific policy under which the notice is to be given always control, but typically notice to the Claims Department can be provided via mail or courier, fax, or email:

Chubb Tempest Re Bermuda transacts all business through broker intermediaries, including claim notifications and related correspondence. Claim correspondence should be submitted in writing and at a minimum should include the reinsured's name, the treaty details and the loss details. Any express terms of the specific treaty under which the notice is being given always control, but typically notice to the Claims Department is best provided via email or fax to:
