Chubb Legal Services is a team of professionals who are dedicated to the pursuit and protection of the best interests of Chubb insureds in litigation and subrogation matters in the Province of Ontario, Canada. 

Chubb Legal Services is based in Toronto and services Chubb insureds at all levels of court and other regulatory bodies throughout the Province of Ontario. 

The group acts on behalf of Chubb insureds, including individuals, small businesses, large and mid-market corporations, professional and commercial associations and not-for-profit organizations.

Our litigation practice is concentrated in the following areas:  Personal injury and property defense; automobile accidents; construction accidents; premises liability; products liability; property damage; employment practices liability; and Subrogation.
