Alina Apostol,
Alina Apostol is Litigation Counsel in the Chubb Legal Services group that operates out of Toronto, Ontario.
Alina graduated from the University of Ottawa with her Juris Doctor in 2012 and went on to complete her articles for one of Canada’s largest property and casualty insurers. Following her call to the bar in 2013, Alina developed her in-house insurance litigation practice around defending Motor Vehicle Accident and Slip & Fall claims, as well as handling Special Investigation and Fraud Projects. Alina is also experienced in handling Priority Disputes, Loss Transfers and Subrogation claims. Alina joined Chubb in June, 2022 where she draws on her substantial litigation experience to defend Chubb’s corporate and individual insurance clients against personal injury and property damage claims.
Alina has appeared as counsel at the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, Financial Services Commission of Ontario and Small Claims Court. Alina is a sharp negotiator who works tirelessly to achieve the best results for Chubb’s insurance clients, while providing them with unwavering assistance throughout the entire litigation process.
