Larry Kielbowich,
Larry Kielbowich is the Managing Lawyer of Chubb Legal Services, Toronto, Ontario. He is a member of the Ontario bar and has practiced civil litigation for 30 years. His practice has focused on insurance defence and labour law.
Larry obtained his undergraduate degree from Western University in 1986. He then undertook Polish Language studies at the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. He graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1991. Upon his call to the bar, he practiced law at an insurance defence and labour law firm in Hamilton, Ontario. He has represented individuals, as well as institutional clients, and appeared at all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Ontario Labour Relations Board, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and Workplace Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
Larry joined Chubb in 2004 as a sole practitioner and founded Chubb Legal Services. He has defended Chubb insureds for the past 2 decades and established the Chubb house counsel firm consisting of 5 lawyers and 4 law clerks. He also acts as a mentor to Chubb claims and is a member of the senior leadership team at the Chubb Insurance Company of Canada
