Paul Kiddey,

Paul Kiddey is Senior Litigation Counsel with the Chubb Legal Services group that operates out of Toronto, Ontario.  

Paul was called to the bar in 2006 after obtaining his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and his law degree from the University of Ottawa. Over the course of his career, Paul has consistently practiced civil litigation within the insurance field and has developed expertise in tort litigation, motor vehicle and accident benefit litigation, subrogated claims, loss transfer & priority disputes, insurance coverage matters, fire and property loss claims, fraud investigation, disability insurance claims and lawyers’ professional negligence.  

Paul employs a collaborative approach with clients, applying his knowledge, experience, and creativity to provide cost-effective advice and strategies to resolve litigation efficiently and fairly.
