Today, Chubb Life Hong Kong is proud to announce several key updates to the My Chubb Life app. As of 30 Apr 2024, the following features have been added to allow for a more streamlined, effortless user experience:

Biometric login enabled: The My Chubb Life app now supports biometric login, allowing you to access your account effortlessly using your fingerprint or facial recognition. This feature allows for a more efficient and secure authentication process, saving you valuable time while preserving your privacy.
Critical illness case management: A new homepage has been added to the critical illness case management section. Our case managers offer targeted interventions for critical illnesses, ensuring that clients understand their conditions and receive the best treatment and recovery support.
Map services for hospitals in Mainland China: We recognize the importance of accurate and accessible information, especially when it comes to geographical navigation. We’ve integrated a comprehensive map service specifically tailored to hospitals located in Mainland China, so customers can now easily access contact information, addresses, and other details for immediate reference.

The My Chubb Life app is a one-stop shop for insurance management. Available on iOS and Android at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, this user-friendly app allows customers to manage their existing plans, learn more about their policy details, reach out to insurance agents instantly and stay up-to-date on the latest health news and information – all in just a few taps.

Health policy users have access to a range of additional features, including virtual consultations with qualified doctors from the comfort of their own home. Eligible health policy users can also take charge of their health and well-being with second medical opinions, cashless hospitalization services and more.
