Relocation of Customer Service Center – effective 4 November 2024
To cope with our business development, we are pleased to inform you that with effect from 4 November 2024 (Monday), our Customer Service Center will be relocated to Room 301, 3/F., Lincoln House, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong in order to provide you with a better customer experience. Please note that our main office, office hours, Customer Service Hotlines and other contact details remain unchanged.
Chubb General Insurance Customer Service Center service hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 0900-1730; Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are closed.
Apart from visiting our Customer Service Center in person, you may enjoy instant insurance services through My Policies to review your policies, submit Accident, Medical, Travel and Home Claims in a few steps.

Please be informed that Chubb HK general insurance office will be closed on the following dates and times. Customer Service hotlines and Claims Service hotlines will be suspended during these period.
