Ultra+ Single Premium Investment Plan

Ultra+ Single Premium Investment Plan (the “Plan”) is an investment-linked assurance scheme. It is a long-term life insurance policy issued by Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited. The Plan is classified under Class C linked long term business as defined in Part 2 of the First Schedule to the Insurance Ordinance.  It is not a fund authorized by the Securities and Futures Commission (the “SFC”) pursuant to the Code on Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds. SFC authorization is not a recommendation or endorsement of the Plan nor does it guarantee the commercial merits of the Plan or its performance. It does not mean the Plan is suitable for all investors nor is it an endorsement of its suitability for any particular investor or class of investors.
