The policy will be received within 6 business days after Premium payment is received and on which the coverage is declared accepted until the policy is sent to the customer.

The cost borne by the Insured for any loss or damage that occurs as set out in the Policy.

Claims

Loss or damage to the motor vehicle that is directly insured caused by collision, reverse impact, slipping or falling, misconduct, theft.

Replacement or restoration to the original state immediately before the occurrence of loss or damage equal to or higher than 75% of the current market price.

  4. What documents need to be attached for an Auto Insurance claim
    • For a claim form please Click on the link Claim Form for Auto Insurance (OCR)
    • Copy of the Policy and ID set out in the Policy
    • Vehicle registration certificate and driver's license of the driver at the time of incident
    • Letter from the local police if a third party is involved
    • Other documents if needed by the claim department

In order to improve the quality of Auto Insurance claim services, we have currently provided Fast Track claim services, whereby a work order is issued within 1 (one) hour after your vehicle is surveyed. The terms and conditions for the Fast Track claim services are:

  1. The survey is conducted by our CPR workshop set out in the list of partner workshops. Please click on the link List of Workshop Partners.
  2. The damage does not exceed 5 panels, specifically for a repair without any third party claim and without any replacement of spare parts.
  3. Documents that need to be brought are: Driver's license, STNK, copy of valid KTP of the Policyholder and Police letter for a claim related to a criminal act.

If the damage is not too severe, a work order can be issued three (3) business days after the workshop provides a cost estimate to Chubb.
