Carrie Garcia Sanders has joined the Casualty Practice Group of the House Counsel firm of Meaders & Alfaro in the Dallas Office. Prior to joining Chubb’s House Counsel, Mrs. Garcia Sanders practiced insurance defense including auto transportation, premises and medical malpractice at both in house counsel offices and private firms. She has over 20 years of experience litigating cases and has tried approximately 50 cases with a strong track record of successfully defending insureds throughout the State of Texas. Mrs. Garcia Sanders has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, trial and appeals and has been able to resolve hundreds of cases through informal settlement negotiations, mediation and mandatory settlement conferences.
