You acknowledge that Chubb can terminate your use of Chubb LiveChat if Chubb reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms of Use.
Personal Data & Privacy
During your LiveChat with a Chubb customer services representative, you may provide personal data including your:
- email address if you would like Chubb to email you;
- telephone number if you would like a Chubb customer services representative to contact you following the Web Chat to resolve any outstanding issues you may have or for follow up purposes;
- other personal data to do with your Policy with us.
In providing Chubb your personal data, you give consent and authorisation to Chubb to collect, use, disclose, and/or process your personal data without further notification to you confidentially with our affiliated companies, third party service providers, business partners and/or other parties, which may be sited outside Singapore, for administering policies taken out with Us, handling claims and customer services including Web Chat maintenance. If you are submitting information relating to other individuals, you must ensure that they are aware of how their personal data will be handled as described above.
At no point should you provide any banking or payment card information via Chubb LiveChat.

Chubb is not able to guarantee that you will have continuous access to Chubb LiveChat or that it will be supplied fault free. Chubb will not be liable in the event that Chubb LiveChat is unavailable to you for any reason including upgrades, preventative or remedial maintenance activities, further Chubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate the availability of Chubb LiveChat at any time.
By using Chubb LiveChat you agree that if there is any inconsistency between the responses or answers provided by a Chubb customer services agent during a LiveChat and the actual coverage of your insurance policy, the terms and conditions of your policy contract will prevail.
