Accordingly, we will also be migrating the Jewellery and Watch Cover e-commerce website from the current domain to a new domain. The current domain will be retired on 1 January 2025. To support this transition, purchase of any new Jewellery and Watch Cover policies is not available between 1 January 2025 and 15 March 2025.

All existing policies will continue to be in force and renewed as per existing process. We are only changing the policy administration portion and there will be no impact to existing policyholders.
You can submit any change requests to Q Report, as per existing process until 24 January 2025. From 27 January 2025 onwards, please submit any change request to Chubb.
