Submit Travel Insurance claim via www.chubbclaims.id, an online claim portal designed to expedite and simplify the submission and progress checking of your claim. Ensure that your claim is submitted to Chubb no later than thirty (30) days as from the date of incident.

We do not refund premiums after an Insurance Certificate or Policy has been issued for a Single Overseas or Domestic Travel.

The premium will be refunded by attaching a statement of rejection from the embassy.
