To speed up processes for your convenience, Chubb has developed e*placement, a user-friendly online platform for brokers and agents that reduces the time required to generate quotations. This makes the instant issuance of policies and schedules possible.

Our claims excellence is supported by a centralised system with a self-service function that enables policyholders to file their claim anytime, anywhere.

Our award-winning Chubb Worldview^® allows multinational clients the ability to monitor their insurance program activities in real time.

Finally, Chubb Travel Smart makes a handy mobile app for business travellers to access real-time security alerts and stay in touch with employees on their business trips.

4. Claims Service

We focus on the claim, so your clients can focus on their business. At every stage of a claim, a Chubb claims professional will keep your client informed and mobilise the appropriate services and expertise to resolve a claim quickly. A panel of external experts, such as medical specialists, second opinion medical specialists, security specialists, specialist loss adjusters, lawyers and forensic accountants, will be appointed by Chubb if required.

Chubb has also launched a ‘Fast Track Claims’ procedure to more efficiently manage lower value, high volume claims.

For peace of mind, our local customer service team aims to provide timely and effective responses to your client’s questions on insurance coverage.
