Mr. Daniri is a prominent figure in capital market, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility in Indonesia. He has been consistently successful in helping the Indonesian Stock Exchange navigate the financial crisis for more than 11 years until the year 2002. He also was behind the idea to empower supervisory function in listed companies by promoting the roles of independent commissioners.
Mr. Daniri currently serves as Chairman of the National Committee for Governance Policies and a member of an independent team for National Bureaucratic Reform. Formerly, he served in the Commissioners Selection Committee at the Financial Services Authority in 2013 for two years. He was also a founder of a business strategy consulting firm which promotes the implementation of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
Mieke Djalil has more than 27 years of consulting experience, particularly in recovery process in Financial Process Management and Project Management, and is also an expert in implementing ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft. She currently holds the position of Transformation Advisor at Indosat Group. Formerly, she was a Partner at Ernst & Young Indonesia.
Prior to joining EY in July 2009, Ms. Mieke was recruited by PT Krakatau Steel as Supervisor for Phase 2 SAP Project Implementation. In June 2007, she joined PT Sigma Cipta Caraka as Services Director. As a brief background, she started her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young in 1984-1988, moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and in November 2002 became part of the IBM organization which was later known as IBM Business Consulting Services. She graduated as Bachelor of Business Administration from American University in Washington, DC, USA.
Neil Treleaven Spettigue has 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and a solid track record in corporate governance, financial and risk management in the Asia Pacific region.
Neil currently holds the position of Director and Senior Consultant in Riskline Consulting Pty. Ltd. As a C-level executive for the company, Neil is responsible for leading various corporate management projects in Asia Pacific and serves as a member of the company’s audit committee for Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
