We’ve been paying claims right here in New Zealand for more than a century and are committed to being there for our customers when they need us most.

New to insurance?

No problem. We’re looking for the best person for the role, so if you’re new to insurance, we’ll be by your side while you learn everything you need to know about the industry. Read more about our learning culture below.

Many of our team members work directly with customers to guide them through their insurance journey, from the moment they first consider insurance to the point they make a claim. However, our success wouldn’t be possible without the expertise of our specialists in data analysis, customer experience, product development and marketing to design and deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Our talented employees develop and leverage AI solutions and cutting-edge cloud technology to enhance user experience and streamline processes. This enables us to put our customers' needs at the heart of everything we do.

We’ve got an ambitious programme of work to enhance and improve our culture. We’ve crafted a people strategy that heavily invests in amazing leaders and attracts and retains awesome employees like you.

We embrace an organisational mindset where learning is core to how we prioritise time, allocate work and share insights and learnings. Our people are encouraged to seek opportunities to develop themselves and others, take calculated risks and learn from both success and failure.

We invest in the continual professional development of our people through a combination of inhouse and external training, external opportunities and full access to LinkedIn Learning. When you join us, you’ll gain exceptional, well-funded learning opportunities that will empower you to grow and thrive.

We’re proud of our diverse workforce and are proud to be Rainbow Tick accredited. We have a range of employee-led committees and groups focusing on DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion), sustainability, health and safety, mental wellbeing, our customers and more.

We're committed to making a difference in our communities. We proudly support the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Keep New Zealand Beautiful alongside employee-nominated causes.
