Hillary Palmer

As General Manager – Human Resources, Hillary ensures our people-related policies and processes enable an excellent employee experience and support a culture where people matter.

With over 20 years in the HR industry across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, including over 10 years in financial services organisations, Hillary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. 

Hillary is an advocate for working closely with people across the business to help create an enriching environment where everyone thrives.

In her spare time, Hillary spends time with her husband and extended whānau and friends at her home in Greytown. She enjoys indulging in cooking, supervising DIY projects and tasting the amazing wines from the local region. She has one daughter who lives in Wellington and a Burmese cat who both demand equal amounts of care and attention.
