Underwriting Click to Chat now available

We’re thrilled to announce our new Underwriting Click to Chat function will be live on Adviser Hub from 15 October.

Located on the homepage of Adviser Hub and within the online Quote tool, you’ll have the option to chat directly with a member of our Underwriting Team about any general underwriting-related enquiries including:

  • underwriting requirements 
  • pre-assessments

Once you’ve completed your conversation, a chat transcript will be available to download, making it easy to keep a record of the conversation to submit with the application or save with your customer files. 

A Quick Reference Guide and Video demonstration of how to use the Click to Chat feature is now available on Adviser Resources. 

Questions regarding active applications will still need to be referred directly to the underwriter responsible for assessing the application.

While we can’t answer all of your questions through the Click to Chat service at this stage, we’ll keep a record of common enquiries received to inform how we look to improve this service moving forward.
