At last spring has officially arrived, I know we’re all looking forward to some decent weather and the warmth returning. Now’s the time to get out and about and remind customers about our 2 months’ FREE campaign as well as our Multi-benefit discount which offers up to 15% discount. 

We’ve been pleased with the performance of our new products and benefits since they launched in June. We’ve seen an increase in the number of new customers joining Chubb and there’s been significant uptake of the Multi-benefit discount and the 10% Lifetime Reward benefit. And while we’re hearing from you that New Zealanders are being more price-conscious, the popularity of these offers demonstrates that customers are still seeing the importance of having the right protection in place. 

We’re delighted to announce a new partnership with the renowned independent economist Cameron Bagrie. Following his fantastic session at Chubb Connect in June, Cameron has agreed to regularly share his insights into how the global economy is changing, the impact on our industry and how we can anticipate and act on consumer trends. His first Chubb Life Adviser webinar is on 20 September at 9.30am and will focus on consumer behaviour around the election.  I hope the learnings from the session will help you to better understand your current and future customers as the country heads towards the polls.
