To further enhance the service experience we provide, we’re taking advantage of email automation technology to streamline how our operations team respond to your emails.

When you use the right keywords in your email subject lines, our system can now automatically assign the task to the right person in the right team – making it even faster for our people to help you and your customers.

To ensure the automation works smoothly, we need your help. When you email our New Business, Customer Care and Claims team mailboxes please:

  • Use the right keywords in the subject line. See the table below for the right keywords to use. Some keywords only work for certain inboxes, but all listed keywords work for Getintouch.nz@chubb.com
  • Include the policy number in the subject line. Don’t include any other symbols directly next to the policy number (eg “policy 00019835” is good but “policy #00019835” is not).
  • If you want changes made to more than one policy, please send one email per policy.

Your subject line should include the policy number and at least one of the keywords below
